Since I can't figure out how to just write, I will post a pic of my latest journey. I read a blog by artist Karin Jurick, and was inspired to try small paintings of my travel photos and vignette photos.. Actually pleased with how it turned out, rare for me. I will continue on...and try and write something almost daily.
So I started trying these small charcoal sketches at a recent event, they went over really well. I am taking a figure drawing class this semester and my interest in drawing has more has been rekindled. I will be doing these and shirts at the Stray rescue Gala this December 7th, hope to see many of you there!
